Delivery Costs & Times

Delivery lead times and fees depend on your delivery address.

International orders placed may be subject to import taxes and duties, these are the responsibility of the recipient.

The shipping costs are as follows:

Shipping to Ireland and Northern Ireland:
– Anpost Register Post: free shipping costs

– Anpost Register Post with Express service at the cost of €10.00

Delivery to Germany, Portugal, Italy, Swiss, Spain, France, Austria, the Czech Republic, Finland, Denmark, Poland, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and Norway:
– UPS Standard: free shipping costs
– The UPS Express Saver service at the cost of €10.00
– The UPS Express service at the cost of €15.00

Specific shipping services:
Shipping costs for an “item” amount total up to €10,000,-. The shipping is carried out by a specific carrying firm by appointment only. The Customer Service department will contact you to arrange a delivery time.

Dispatch

We will process and dispatch orders within 48 hrs of order placement. If a jewellery piece is not available, we will contact you via email.

You can check the estimated delivery time on the checkout page while processing your order online. Please note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee. Please note that personalisation services (engraving, embossing, or bracelet adjustments) will require an additional lead time of 1-2 working days and that limited stock on a creation might require an additional lead time of 5-7 working days.

 

Alternative Delivery Address

You might prefer us to deliver to your place of work or to a relative’s home. This is no problem, but we may contact you in advance for extra security to ensure your package arrives safely.

DELIVERIES TO IRELAND

At Rubyta.com we wish for your special purchases to arrive in perfect condition. Therefore, delivery will be made by our insured courier service and will reach you within 3-5 working days after dispatch. Please note you will need to sign for your delivery.

Kindly note that, as we use a third-party courier – UPS – for the delivery of all online orders, we are not responsible for tracking or amending your delivery once it leaves our warehouse. Should you wish to arrange an alternative delivery time, you can do so by contacting UPS directly at +353 152 45446 and quoting your tracking reference number.

To ensure your order is missed, pieces ordered together do not ship separately depending on availability, but instead all ship together once all pieces are available – e.g. if you order multiple pieces at once, but one piece in the order carries a 10 week lead time, the entire order will ship in 10 weeks time once it is ready.

Unfortunately our busy shipping team do not have the capacity to facilitate exceptions to this policy – sorry for any inconvenience.

To receive in-stock pieces as soon as possible, be sure to order them separate to any piece carrying a longer lead time.

When you use our website, we may ask you to confirm or update your preferences regarding “Promotional Communications” if you instruct us to provide further products and/or services in the future, or if there are changes in the law, regulation, or structure of our business. We and certain third parties (such as advertising networks, digital advertising partners and social media platforms) collect information about your online activities, over time and across third-party websites (such as on websites that serve our ads). We may use such information to provide you with advertising about products and services tailored to your individual interests. We also may obtain information for this purpose from third-party websites on which our ads are served. You may see certain ads on other websites because we engage third-party ad-buying networks (such as Meta and Twitter).

With your express prior consent (usually obtained by ticking a specific box in a form), you may receive information concerning offers, services, products, promotional communications or events sent by Rubyta. In such a case we keep contact form submissions for a certain period of time for customer service purposes, you also accept that your contact information is shared with another third party for this purpose. We rely on your consent to process the personal information you provide to us for this purpose. Therefore, if you no longer wish to receive such information, you can withdraw your consent at any time (see below “What rights do you have on your personal information?”).

For security reasons, Rubyta.com will not process any order that is requested to be delivered to a general delivery address or P.O. Box. All Rubyta.com packages are personally delivered to their recipient and, as a result, no packages will be dropped off in a mailbox.

The recipient’s signature and photographic identification are required on receipt of your package. If you are not present at the time of delivery, our courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is sent you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number on it. If you click on your tracking number it will bring you directly to the live tracking of your parcel.

And you can also track your order, click the “Account” link located at the top right of the Rubyta.com website. Log in, then use the menu to track your order. If necessary, please feel free to contact Us by email under the “Contact us” section.

Gifting

Orders placed on the Rubyta website are beautifully wrapped in the signature Rubyta gift wrapping and your piece will be beautifully presented in our luxurious grey Rubyta jewellery box complete with a hand-tied ribbon. If you would prefer to not have your order gift-wrapped, you can remove this option from your online shopping bag during the checkout process. 

All orders placed on the website are also placed in specially designed discreetly protected packaging for delivery.

A personalised handwritten Rubyta card can also be included if your piece is purchased as a gift for that special someone in your life, just let us know in the comment box at checkout. Rubyta items are delivered in a box including a book and a certificate of authenticity. A Rubyta shopping bag is also enclosed within the package.

When confirming your order as a gift for that special someone in your life, it is possible to include an accompanying card for a gift order. You can enter a message or request a blank card which you can personalise yourself.

 

An order will be considered a “gift” if the civil status, last name or first name of the invoicing information is different from that of the delivery information. In this specific case, an invoice where the price of the items is not shown will be included in the package that is sent to the gift recipient.
To request an invoice where the price is not shown, even if your invoicing information is identical to your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
