How does a Pre-Order work?
All items available for pre-order will be tagged with a “pre-order” label on a product category page. Pre-order items will be crafted on-demand, just for you, added to your bag, and then checked out just like regular orders. Because pre-orders have a release date, your order will not ship until the specified release date. All custom pre-order items will be delivered in 2 – 5 weeks.
PERSONALISED ITEMS
Some of our pieces can be customised. Create and customise your own unique jewellery and accessories. Please note that if you need a piece of jewellery customised this will require a longer turnaround time.
