If you wish to exchange your order or ask for a refund, you can return any product ordered via Rubyta.com and a 10% restocking fee is charged.

RETURNING YOUR ITEM
Log into your account and click “Ask for an exchange or a refund” in the “Your orders” section. Follow the instructions, which will allow you to:

– Choose the items to be returned and the reason you are returning them

– Complete the return form including the item being returned must be accompanied by our Certificate of Authenticity and by their invoice or a copy of the invoice in the case of a partial return.

– Remember to remove/cover your own delivery, if re-using the original shipping box and ensure the box is sealed properly.

– Print Returns label with our address, available on our website
– Items must be returned by registered post.

In this case, it is your responsibility to prove that the goods have been returned and to return them via a recognised carrying firm of your choice that will provide proof of shipping and delivery. You will bear the costs of returning the goods. Rubyta is not responsible for items returned to Rubyta.com that are lost, misdirected or delivered late by a carrying firm of your choice. It is your responsibility to assume all of the risks for these returns, along with the expenses, insurance and any additional shipping costs. Import duties may also apply.

Please note that each Rubyta item has a unique serial number and is shipped with a corresponding Rubyta Certificate of Authenticity.

There is a specific procedure for returning a product purchased for exchange with another Rubyta product, provided that the return complies with these Conditions of Sale, in particular with (a) the Right to Cancel and (b) the Return Process. In any event, the sale of the returned product will be cancelled and a new order for the product ordered must be placed. We will issue a Return Authorisation Number to you by email. 

In case of an exchange, the returned item(s) will pass a mandatory Quality Control and the item must be satisfied with our standard for testing and verification. before we can send you the replacement item(s). A live price will be agreed upon there and then, with a bank transfer made to an account of your choice on the next business day (unless advised otherwise at the time of the transaction).

If the items were a gift, you might only exchange them for items of the same value. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us. 

Yes, you may choose to exchange or return an item that was purchased and gifted to you.
Please note that the refund amount will be automatically reimbursed to the original purchaser in case of a return, and in case of exchange if the new item is less expensive than the one returned.

We strive to issue refunds as quickly as possible. You should receive your refund within 15 business days after your returned item(s) is/are received at our workshop.

By using the website, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. Our Privacy Policy also sets out information about the cookies used on the Website. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however, please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. And you also consent to the processing of data through cookies in the manner and for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy.

If you purchase goods from the Website, our terms and conditions of sale will apply to such purchases.

Our system processes orders immediately, which means we can’t make any changes once you have placed it and we’re usually unable to stop duplicate orders from processing and shipping.

If we are able to stop the shipment, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation of the order and any charges made will be reversed.

Should the order ship, you will receive an email containing tracking information.
